Happy Science’s Saturday meditation seminars guides you, step-by-step, to learn the core teaching of Buddhism and the way to attain a calm mind. At this session, you’ll go home with new wisdom from Master Okawa, Japan’s greatest spiritual teacher and author of 2,500 books. He teaches about the Truth of life; spirituality, wisdom to overcome life’s problems based on Buddhism.
  • Gaining greater mastery over your inner world, your mind, soul and the way to direct it toward a positive direction.
